What software do you work with?

We primarily use Xero, QuickBooks Online, and FreeAgent. If you are already using different software, we can usually work with it or help you migrate to something more suitable.

How quickly can you start?

Most new clients are fully onboarded within 5-7 business days. This includes software access setup, historical data review, and your first check-in call.

What happens if HMRC contacts me?

We handle all correspondence with HMRC on your behalf at no additional charge for routine queries. More complex investigations are quoted separately.

Are there any additional fees?

Our prices include all standard work. Additional fees only apply for non-standard requests like historic reconstructions, HMRC investigations, or ad-hoc advisory work. These are always quoted before we proceed.

Can I cancel at any time?

Monthly services require 30 days notice to cancel. We provide full handover documentation and will cooperate with your new accountant to ensure a smooth transition.
